Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING POLICY
Everything is fulfilled by our partner JENJAN in Taiwan and ships worldwide.
Free shipping on every order over $120 USD. Taiwan orders ship free, always — it's domestic for us.
Under $120, a flat rate applies by region:
- Taiwan — free
- United States & Canada — $15
- Asia & South America — $15 Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Macao, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Argentina, Chile
- Europe, UK, Australia & New Zealand — $20 incl. Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, UAE
- Africa — $20
- Everywhere else — $20
Rates are calculated at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Processing and delivery Orders ship from Taiwan. Allow up to 30 days for processing and delivery. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Duties and local taxes Import duties and local taxes are not included in the price or the shipping rate. Where they apply, they are charged to the recipient by their own customs authority on arrival.

2. CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Pre-orders
We do not currently sell pre-orders. Everything listed in the store is live stock, charged in full at checkout and dispatched from our warehouse in Taiwan.
If we run a pre-order in future, the terms will be stated on the product page before you buy.
To change or cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, email staff@baddieup.club as soon as you can and we'll do what we can. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but it can be returned — see our refund policy.
